Single-User installation:
    Download EquipRptInstall.exe into an empty directory
    Double-Click on EquipRptInstall.exe
    Double-Click on Setup.exe.
        When asked for Destination Directory, accept the default.
Network installation:
    Download EquipRptInstall.exe into an empty directory on the server
    Double-Click on EquipRptInstall.exe
    for each computer:
        Double-Click on Setup.exe
            (located in same directory as EquipRptInstall.exe)
        When asked for Destination Directory:
            use Browse and change to a network drive
        NOTE - use the exact same network drive and
               directory for all computers
